• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• We use Lemon Squeezy to process payments securely
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime
• Refunds are handled case-by-case - just reach out to us

5. Your Content and AI

Your Content Belongs to You

• You own all the content you upload and create
• AI-transformed content generated from your input belongs to you
• We only use your content to provide our service to you
• We don't use your content to train AI for other customers

AI-Generated Content

• Our AI creates content based on your input, but it's not perfect
• Always review AI-generated content before publishing
• You're responsible for the final content you publish
• AI-generated images created for your content are yours to use

Content Guidelines

Please don't use our service for content that:

• Is illegal or violates others' rights
• Contains hate speech or harassment
• Is misleading or spam
• Contains explicit content involving minors
• Promotes violence or illegal activities

6. Using Shotsfolio Responsibly
